âHow long have you and your partner lived in Cadman Towers James cause frankly I have never heard of you. You seemed to have picked up the banner from the deceased Joan Myler in leading the 25 % minority in blocking what the 75% majority of cooperatives want to do at Cadman. I for one have lived at Cadman since itâs inception, have helped save Cadman from financial ruin so that ingrates like you, who profess to know whatâs best for the rest of us dumb hicks, can save us from ourselves. Me and my wife Sheila raised two sons at Cadman, who along with dozens of other cooperators, have gone on to become very successful adults. What have you raised James two dogs? And you want to know something we did it w/o the input or assistance from people like you James. In fact, we did it at a time when apts couldnât be given away. So my advice to you and your band of followers is if you do not like the direction in which Cadman Towers is heading why donât you just return to where you and your partner came from and you will not have to suffer the indignities of sitting outside the entrance to Cadman Towers and hawking your socialist manifestođâ

Our Reply to Mr. Karp:
Thank you, Mr. Karp, for your informative reply. Frankly, weâve never heard of you either, and weâve had family living here for over 30 years. Your reply helps to shed light on the level of information, mentality, and communications of some Cadman Towersâ status quo—well, at least one shareholder.
You call our âcall for Transparencyâ a â Socialist Manifesto.â We should first drill down and understand that very misunderstood definition in the American English Language. This âDemocratic Socialism,â in fact, includes how all of us were able to buy into the Government Subsidized Middle Income Public Housing âDemocratic Socialistâ programâinasmuch as the United States has for decades provided âDemocratic Socialistâ Government Subsidized programs, such as Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, Transportations, Fire Departments, and yes, Mitchell-Lama!
Please google âdemocratic socialism for dummies,â and you will find many educational resources including this short NBCâs Stephanie Ruhle explain the reality we all bask in, living in a Country that is swimming in âDemocratic Socialism.â
THEREFORE: A hypocrisy of ethical proportions is identified when folks who bask in the huge benefits from âDemocratic Socialistâ Mitchell-Lama Government Subsidized Housing, having bought in decades ago for under $15k or $30k, who by longevity and square footage are potentially poised to âCapitalizeâ on the backs of newer and smaller-square-footage shareholders.
But that is not the elephant in the room! Thatâs just the hypocrisy and opportunistic optic.
While we are still undecided, primarily based on the lack of detailed information, research, open in-person discussion, and what clearly appears to be a controlled narrative, our elephant in this room is what our evidence to the Attorney Generalâs Office points to as âadvertent or inadvertent Oppressive Conductâ by some in management.
I would recommend you educate yourself on the definitions of âFreedom of Speech and Assemblyâ as part of this countryâs âDemocratic Socialism.â By the way, my two children, âBah Humbug,â you for calling them dogs.
Happy Holidays to you and your family,
James Ordonez
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, based on all these âadvertent or inadvertentâ factors, the simple math is that it will be nearly impossible for the Cadman Towers Board to hold sufficiently satisfactory informational Virtual-Zoom meetings.
To begin with, due to everyoneâs limited ability to attend, plus technical difficulties, the above-mentioned âadvertent or inadvertentâ host of limitations for ALL Shareholders to express, ask questions, follow-up questions, distribute paper documents, etc., it will be near impossible for a fair and impartial vote.
The only viable option is to wait for a time in the future when all these issues have been addressed and the “pandemic at Cadman Towers” has waned enough for everyone (all Cadman Shareholders) to attend a series of in-person meetings.
