Board Meetings Minutes & Discussion

The “silver-lining” of of Zoom Board Meetings
is that it is easy as pie to record for later viewing, reviewing,
and archiving with free tools like Quicktime, in the privacy of your living room.

However
(At this 11th Hour): Since my partner is not available during her commute on Wednesdays, I have begun recording the Board Meetings so we may review and watch at her leisure. If you missed this last meeting and wish to see a copy, please email me privately atCadman.Transparency@gmail.com and I will send you a private link.

Alternatively, if anyone wishes to learn how to record the meetings for yourselves, simply use Quicktime Screen recording (https://youtu.be/LSmM5FXzVBg), or I will gladly hold a tutorial over a zoom lesson. This extremely easy method has been around for years and you can do it with a microphone next to your speakers or with plugins for internal sound without a mike. If your system is not compatible with Quicktime, there are other free tools out there. Give a shout if you need help.

I have also inquired from the Attorney General and other sources—under the circumstances—to have dispensation, or understand the exact formality of posting Zoom Mitchell-Lama, Sunshine Law, Board meetings to Shareholders here in open forum— Perhaps we can simply password protect this page or each video. I will keep you posted when we hear back from the Attorney General, HPD, or other official sources.

it would be awsome if we can all record and archive to attend and review, especially since the minutes are always a month late. Notice that the minutes from January came after the February Board Meeting; what is that in 2023?

“Hello, McFly?!?”
for those of us old enough to get the joke

To come. Recording this should be interesting.

Don't forget to reach out if you need a quick tutorial on how to create a screen recording; send me an email to Cadman.Transparency@gmail.com. Once you learn, it takes less than 60 seconds to set up and begin recording.
